Grand Mercure Allegra Apartments' Terms and Conditions

  1. A deposit is payable at time of booking.
  2. Payment of balance owing is taken on the morning of arrival, Hot deal payments are taken at time of booking and are non refundable.
  3. Charges must be paid by valid card before occupancy commences unless special prior arrangements have been made. A valid credit card and Government issued Photo ID must be presented at time of booking and prior to an after-hours arrival. Occupancy starts and finishes on the dates shown on the receipt.
  4. The guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by guest together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the apartment and its contents or the Body Corporate property caused by any guest.
  5. The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purpose.
  6. Guests must only park cars in the designated areas. Parking is at your own risk.
  7. Only the number of people shown on the registration form may stay in the apartment overnight. With a maximum of 4-6 visiting guest to 10pm
  8. No animals or pets are to be brought onto the complex.
  9. Neither the Body Corporate, the Manager nor the apartment owner is liable for any damage or loss of property which a guest may sustain while on the complex.
  10. The by-laws, rules and regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the Manager must be complied with. If after receiving a warning any guest fails to comply the police will be contacted. The apartment must be vacated if a direction is given by the Manager.
  11. The Manager may inspect the apartment at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions.
  12. If the occupancy ends or is terminated, the guest must immediately vacate the apartment. The Manager is authorized to do whatever is required to enforce the eviction of any guest and removal of guest's property.
  13. The Manager and the apartment owner are not responsible for any misdescription of the apartment.
  14. The guest authorizes the Manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any guest is liable under this document or otherwise.
  15. There is no refund for early departure.
  16. The cancellation policy is as per Allegra's policy or as quoted by the agent.
  17. During the Christmas - Dec/Jan holidays a deposit of the 1st nights tariff which is refudnable until the 31st October. The guest will be charged the balance of the reservation 60 days before arrival. If the booking is cancelled with in 60 days or doesn't show the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation.
  18. Mid term school holidays - a deposit of the 1st nights tariff which is refundable 7 days prior to your check in date. If the booking is canceled with in 7 days or doesn'show the gues will be charged the total price of the deposit
  19. A 1.3% fee applies to all cards 
  20. No bicycles or water craft are to be brought into the house.
  21. No glass to be used in the pool or within 3 metres of pool edge.
  22. No smoking in the apartments is allowed or tossing of cigarette butts over balconies.
